Operation Christmas Child
What does Sooner Plant Farm do with it's shipping facility when it's not shipping plants? Of course it packs boxes of toys and supplies for children across the world.
We have been so blessed over the years to have facilities to conduct the business we love and can use to help spread the gospel through Operation Christmas Child. Through the generous giving of many others who provide toys, hygiene, and school supplies, as well as financial donations, we have been able to pack over 100 shoe boxes each year using our shipping facility. This year due to the generosity of so many, our goal has been raised to pack 150 boxes. Although 150 boxes is a small number compared to the 220 million boxes that have been sent through people across the world over the last 30 years. Each box is packed with love and will be received by a special child. We have been given so much and to a child that has never received a gift, even one as simple as small plastic dinosaur or a pack of crayons or a washcloth, this gift box may be the light of hope that inspires that child and other family members to believe and see the love, goodness and truth that exists in God's son Jesus Christ.
