Shipping Potted Plants

Sooner Plant Farm has been successfully shipping potted plant material since 2004. In fact we have developed special methods now commonly used by higher end online plant supply companies to successfully ship large size plant material. You can be assured we take packaging very seriously and we guarantee your plant to arrive undamaged. In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve any issues promptly with the carrier and determine the best way to proceed. Unlike many other online plant companies, we will take care of any damage claims with the shipper!

Each plant is specially packaged to maintain soil moisture, keep soil ball intact and in the pot. Each pot is securly fastened in the shipping carton, and the plant is stabilized to avoid breakage. We use several different boxing methods based on the pot and plant size and the quantity of plants being shipped.
