Phyto Fee

Due to Department of Agriculture restrictions on potted plants containing soil mix, certain states require an Oklahoma Department of Agriculture inspection before we are allowed to ship into those states. If you are shipping to the states listed below, shipping may be postponed up to 10 days due to Department of Agriculture inspection scheduling: Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, and Washington. Also a $20.00 inspection fee is added to your order to cover the cost of the phytosanitary certificate and inspection. In most instances, orders placed by Tuesday of a given week will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed after Tuesday may be delayed until the second following Monday.
