The plant arrived today in good condition.

WOW! It took me about 45 minutes to completely free my plants from their box. I have never received mail-order plants in such great shape. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into packaging; it means my plants arrive in great shape, ready to be planted. Thanks so much for your high standards! Brian, I do not have a problem, but I do want to praise your employees. I came on a Saturday to pick up my Sourwood trees and I just want to say that Colin was very helpful and nice on the phone. He went out of his way to accommodate me. Great phone skills and customer service! Alex is a great employee. Very nice and helpful in getting my trees bagged and ready for travel.
