We ordered three of these beautiful trees to place inside of a rectangular shaped bed to provide privacy and beauty along our driveway. After one year passed, two of the trees had reached nearly 6 feet tall with beautiful center leaders and nice slender cone shape. One tree, however, did not look right and we contacted Colin and he immediately remedied our issue and sent us a brand new tree! Now that is exemplary customer service! The new tree was shipped quickly and packed very carefully. It has a beautiful conical shape with a healthy center lead. Very healthy looking and we are very satisfied.
