Buy Bishops Weed Online. Bishops weed is a very tough and a quick to spread low growing white and green variegated ground-cover. It prefers afternoon shade and thrives in most any soil conditions. Works very well in developed areas with borders or boundaries, however if planted in unrestrained areas left unattended it can become invasive.

This plant grew in my Kansas garden were the soil was pure clay. It will grow in sun or shade, though it prefers semi-shade to shade with moist soil or regular watering. It is a spreader and will cover poor soil slopes or hard to grow areas with lush growth. I have always known it by Snow on the Mountain. I am eager to place it in my new garden in Arkansas.

This is an incredibly aggressive and invasive monster of a plant, spreading rapidly by underground rhizomes and choking out all perennials, including weeds. I live near Toronto, Canada, on Conservation land and it is considered an "alien invader" here. It was on the property when we bought it and has been a constant challenge. It is invading and taking over native plants in the conservation area. I don't know why reputable nurseries even sell it.

Don't do it!! This WEED took over our garden! It killed all my coral bells and nearly killed all our columbine, phlox, thrift, clematis etc. It was so bad I had to hire a landscaper to completely gut the whole garden & start anew. DO NOT BUY this plant! You will regret it! BTW some bird gifted us with a single Bishop's Weed plant which multiplied quickly.... we didn't buy it.
