Fiber Optics® Buttonbush is an excellent plant for wet and boggy soil conditions, and is an improvement over the coarser Cephalanthus occidentalis that grows twice the size of this compact selection. It is used in wetland restorations, and along watersheds and ponds. The flowers are creamy white and beloved food source for pollinators, and once it produces seed, is a great food source for waterfowl.
