Buy Katsura Nishiki Upright Japanese Maple online. Katsura Nishiki Upright Japanese Maple is an extremely rare and hard-to-find cultivar of A. palmatum. Despite the name of 'Nishiki', it is not a variegated cultivar, but it does stand alone with its productions of red leaves with pink highlights along the margin in spring. These leaves darken to green in the summer, and followed by hues of deep reddish-crimson in the fall.
