Buy Eye Shadow Creeping Phlox online. Vibrant, rosy purple flowers with a dark purple eye and dense evergreen foliage cover this spreading plant in April and May. Wonderful fragrance and extra ordinarily heavy bloom make this superb for low borders, slopes or tumbling over a wall in the landscape. This variety has a more refined habit than 'Emerald Pink', but a healthy vigorous habit similar to 'North Hills'.
