Buy Loblolly Pine online. A good tall evergreen tree. Use as overstory trees to grow to selected understory shade loving plants, like azaleas, japanese maples or dogwoods. Loblolly is loosely pyramidal in youth, forming a fairly open, but mostly rounded crown at maturity. The branches are more or less horizontally spreading. The pine needles are medium to dark green.

  1. TNstorm - Nov 02, 2008
    Bristol, TN (Hardiness Zone: 7)

These are the best pine trees. Fast growing, adapts well to most soils. I highly recommend for zones 6b and higher! I am right on the 6b/7a border.

  2. Tom - Jul 31, 2015
    Missouri (Hardiness Zone: 6)

Majestic pine. Do not plant north of I-70 in eastern Missouri.
