Sooner Plant Farm's trunk protectors are constructed from sturdy, black plastic mesh and are formed into tubes that protect bark from damage while still providing an attractive and clean look in your landscape. They greatly increase the protection on the trunk from animals and lawn care equipment. Deer, squirrels, rabbits, and woodchucks cannot bite, scratch or rub the bark, and they are also shielded from mowers and weed trimmers. These are available in 36 inch and 48 inch lengths, and will encircle trees up to 5 inch caliper. They are reusable for many years to come and can be easily transferred to new specimens in the landscape.
